Bus Information

The Steamboat Springs Transit offers two areas of service: The Local service and The Regional service.

Local Service: 

The Local Service provides a fixed route FREE transit service throughout the City of Steamboat Springs. Year-round service is provided daily across town and between downtown and the ski resort mountain village with a bus arriving every 20 minutes.

Regional Service:

Regional service is available between Steamboat Springs, Milner, Hayden and Craig. Summer service provides two daily buses that depart Craig at approximately 5:50 a.m. and 6:50 a.m. arriving in Steamboat Springs at approximately 6:40 a.m. and 7:40 a.m.
The evening buses depart Steamboat Springs at approximately 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. arriving in Craig at approximately 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The cost is $6.00 each way from Craig, $5.00 each way from Hayden, $3.50 each way from Milner, and $1.50 each way from Steamboat II. Punch cards are available for $40.00 and provide $60.00 worth of rides.
