Yoga on the Green

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, repeating until August 31, 2019
Join us for another amazing summer of Yoga on the lush lawn of the Yampa River Botanic Park. By popular demand, we’re adding Sundays to our Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday class schedule! Yoga will be offered each of these days, except on the 4th Sunday of every month, Qigong will be taught by Sarah Braat, owner of Sage Healing Arts. Qigong (chee gong) integrates gentle movement and attention to breath drawing in energy from nature as it circulates throughout the body.
Practicing on the the Park Green is unlike any class you’ve ever taken. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, delicate gardens and serene pond, you’ll find the peace and stillness inherent in the Botanic Park.
Bring a mat or towel and water. Weather permitting. $10 suggested donation. Proceeds benefit the park. Information: 970-846-5608
